In the not so distant past, a group of men set out to change their destiny.
They assembled themselves as a group of modern day Knights out to change the world around them through their art: the art of the game. So, it was that the guild known henceforth as MidKnight Games (MKG) was formed.
Leading this quest to greatness is Sir Phil Mainprize, the guilds fearless project leader and lead cartographer (level designer). Sir Mainprize also oversees all tasks that take place on his quests.
At his side, Sir Phil has called upon many brave and valiant dudes that all have their place and purpose. First, Sir Daniel Lee is a modern Merlin, a conjurer of codes; he will use his mighty powers to raise killer scripts to his cause and also takes time to teach those that are the lesser in the art. Next, there is yours truly; I serve as Sir Phil’s scribe and wordsmith. It will be through me that you, our reader, will be able to follow our quests. I also am a humble student Sir DLee. Accompanying us is Sir Jordan Whetstone. He is a smith in his own right, but instead of words, his trade is that of models and animation. He also has Sir John Lindsey to bear the load of creating worlds and 3D models. Sir Dabraham Searcy serves as the guilds 2D artist and is constantly producing sweet artwork for the makers of our new world to interpret and create. Finally, there is Sir John Moore, our marshal. He oversees all of the business affairs of our quests so that the others may keep their nose to the grindstone and also so that we don’t thoroughly screw up anything of legal importance. There you have a brief introduction to the main adventurers on this quest, although I suspect that we shall encounter a few friends along the way.
Now, in regards to our first quest, I believe that Marcus Aurelius said it best when he said, “There was once a dream that was RTX. You could only whisper it. Anything more than a whisper and it would vanish.” And in order to keep this dream from vanishing, the members of this guild will be whispering about it until the day that it is strong enough to reveal it to you.
